• "Account"refers to the individual registered profile created by a Player on the Platform, through which all transactions and gaming activity are conducted.

• "Bonus"refers to any promotional credit, free spin, or other incentive awarded to a Player by jea77, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on jea77, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any future amendments published by jea77. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and jea77.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of any feature of jea77 after the publication of updated Terms shall constitute acceptance of those updated Terms.

3. Eligibility

To register and use the jea77 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. jea77 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years old, and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of jea77, or an immediate family member of any such person, while using the Platform for real-money wagering.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. Providing false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or be subject to any court or regulatory order that prohibits participation in gambling activities.

jea77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close any account where eligibility requirements are not satisfied. Any winnings accrued during a period of ineligibility may be voided.

4. Account Registration and KYC

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on the jea77 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identifying details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account closure and forfeiture of funds.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jea77 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to secure your credentials.
• KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. jea77 may request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification, along with proof of your registered payment method (bKash, Nagad, or bank account).
• You must promptly update your account details if any of your registered information changes. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays to withdrawal processing.
• jea77 may conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on any account at any time, including requests for additional documentation, source-of-funds declarations, or transaction history. Players are obligated to cooperate fully with such checks.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. jea77 accounts are personal to the registered holder.

jea77 operates a responsible player verification process. Where identity verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, jea77 reserves the right to restrict account functionality, including the ability to place wagers and process withdrawals, until verification is complete.

5. Deposits

jea77 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and international cards (Visa, Mastercard). All deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no platform fee charged by jea77 on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your jea77 wallet in under 60 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on Bangladesh banking processing times.
• jea77 reserves the right to request verification of any deposit method before crediting funds or processing a withdrawal to that method. Deposits that cannot be verified may be returned to the originating payment method.
• jea77 does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances. All deposits must be made through one of the approved electronic payment methods listed in your account cashier.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of cleared funds from their jea77 account at any time, subject to having completed KYC verification and subject to the conditions set out in this section.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. There is no platform fee charged by jea77 on withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply its own receiving fees.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. jea77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, cards, or wallets under any circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to KYC status and any applicable security review. jea77 reserves the right to extend this period during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Players must complete the applicable rollover before a withdrawal request will be approved for bonus-related balances.
• jea77 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Where a withdrawal is withheld pending investigation, jea77 will notify the player and provide an estimated resolution timeline.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

jea77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked independently. Players may choose to forfeit a bonus at any time via their account settings, in which case any associated bonus balance will be removed.
• jea77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, including after a bonus has been credited to a player's account, where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of a promotion, or breach of these Terms.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. A player is considered new only if they have no prior account history on jea77. Existing players who close and re-register an account are not eligible for welcome bonus offers.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for the specific game or games designated in the offer terms. Free spin winnings are subject to the rollover requirement stated in the relevant promotion. Unused free spins expire at the time stated in the offer.

jea77 will not be held responsible for any loss arising from a player's failure to read and understand the specific terms of any bonus or promotion before accepting it. Players are advised to review all promotion-specific T&C before opting in.

8. Gameplay and Fair Play

All games available on jea77 are supplied by certified third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, Spribe, and others. Each game uses a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) independently verified by the respective provider. jea77 does not modify game outcomes.

• It is the player's responsibility to ensure they understand the rules of any game before placing a real-money wager. jea77 accepts no responsibility for losses incurred as a result of a player's misunderstanding of game rules or mechanics.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jea77 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities.

• Registering multiple accounts, using another person's identity or payment method, or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, game bugs, or technical vulnerabilities on the Platform to gain an unfair advantage, including collusion with other players or operators.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, scrape data, or otherwise interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Money laundering, structuring of deposits or withdrawals, or any activity that jea77 reasonably suspects is designed to circumvent anti-money laundering obligations.
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at jea77 staff or other players through any channel including live chat, email, or social media.

jea77 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether conduct constitutes a breach of these prohibited conduct provisions. Any determination made by jea77 in this regard is final and binding.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

jea77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to do so, including but not limited to the following circumstances.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including the prohibited conduct provisions in Section 9, or breach of any applicable law or regulation.
• Where jea77 is required to close an account by operation of law, regulatory direction, court order, or instruction from a competent authority.
• Where a player voluntarily requests account closure. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete rollover) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.

11. Responsible Gaming

jea77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players manage their gaming activity in a healthy and controlled manner.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before the increase is applied.
• Session time reminders: Players may set session duration reminders that alert them when they have been playing for a specified period of time. These reminders are available through the account settings dashboard.
• Cooling-off periods: Players may request a temporary cooling-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which their account will be restricted from placing wagers. Cooling-off periods take effect immediately upon request.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jea77 shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if jea77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jea77's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause limits jea77's liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the jea77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual elements, is the property of jea77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jea77.

14. Privacy

jea77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on jea77, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein. 15. Amendments to These Terms

jea77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, jea77 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

Your continued use of the jea77 Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between a player and jea77, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through jea77's internal complaints procedure by contacting the support team at [email protected]. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal procedure within 30 days of submission, either party may pursue resolution through such alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as may be available under applicable law. jea77 does not make any specific claims regarding licensing or regulatory jurisdiction and players are responsible for ensuring that use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.
